Shipping and Returns Policy at Celextel Spiritual Store

SHIPPING:

All items are usually shipped within 1 or 2 weeks after we receive your payment. More than 2 weeks may be required for shipping the order for multiple quantities.

AIR MAIL SHIPMENTS [INTERNATIONAL]:
It takes about 15 to 45 days for the parcel to reach an addressee in USA, Eurpore or Australia by Air Mail Registered Post. This is the least expensive shipment option for International shipments from India.

SPEED POST SHIPMENTS [INTERNATIONAL]:
It takes about 7 to 15 days for the parcel to reach an addressee in USA, Eurpore or Australia by Speed Post.

PRIORITY SHIPMENTS [INTERNATIONAL]:
It takes 3 to 5 days for the parcel to reach an addressee in USA by UPS / FedEx / DHL.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
We value you as a customer and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with each of your purchases with us. For that reason, please inspect the package upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the Delivery Agent make a note of the damage condition. You are also requested to inspect all the items thoroughly immediately on receipt of our shipment. If any damage is noticed, please notify us through Email or Phone within 48 hours of receipt. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within TWO (2) days. This is very important! Save the container / box in which the shipment has arrived in.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
DO NOT refuse shipments as this results in unnecessary shipping and handling charges. Accept the shipment and contact us through Email or Phone by clicking here for assistance. All refused shipments may be subjected to re-shipment or re-stocking fee.


RETURNS:

To assure prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise, we request you to follow these steps:
1. A return authorization must be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department through Email or Phone by clicking here.
2. Credit or adjustment is given on mistakes that are our fault, provided you contact our Customer Service Department through Email or Phone by clicking here within TWO (2) days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
3. If the contents of the package is not what you ordered, if the return was due to an error of ours (i.e., we accidentally sent the wrong item), please accept our apologies. We will accept full responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. Just follow the directions given by us for returning the product.
4. Returns for which the customer ordered incorrectly, will be charged re-stocking fee and return freight.
5. Damaged item presented for return, must be accompanied by a copy of the original shipment receipt.
6. Take precautions against additional damage to the item when you are returning. Absolutely NO returns accepted unless the merchandise is in original container in new condition.
7. Credit will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, or abused.
8. NO returns are accepted on freight collect or COD. Send all returns pre-paid.
9. Absolutely NO returns are accepted after thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
10. Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to your Shipment Delivery Agent immediately. Then contact us through Email or Phone by clicking here within TWO (2) days from the date of receipt of merchandise so that we could make the re-shipment of the merchandise and place a claim. Keep damaged goods and containers until notified otherwise.

CONDITION OF RETURNS:
Please Email and let us know if you wish to return part or all of your purchase. Explain the cause of the return. Be sure to include your name and address and the Invoice Number included with your order. For the undamaged items, they must be in the original box with all original packing materials and any other materials that came with the item. The product must be received in good [re-stock able] condition. We reserve the right to apply a replacement cost on the item if it is returned damaged as a result of improper packing. Please Pack Properly!

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
All merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. If found defective, get in touch with our Customer Service Department through Email or Phone by clicking here for an adjustment and/or return approval. Be sure to have our invoice or packing list when you call. We will make a satisfactory adjustment on all unused, defective merchandise if we are notified within TWO (2) days from the date of receipt of merchandise.

CREDIT:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your Account with us or Credit Card will be credited appropriately and you will receive an E-mail confirmation of the transaction.

RETURNS POLICY:
Please note that our Returns Policy is strictly applicable only for shipments made within India. We do not accept any Returns from outside India due to import formalities in India. However, we would compensate the overseas buyers for any damaged items on a mutual agreement basis.
